1. How does it work?
Simply upload a photo of your pet, choose your preferred art style, and we’ll generate a custom portrait using AI. You’ll receive a preview by email and can choose to print it on a canvas, poster, or other products.
2. What kind of photos should I upload?
Clear, front-facing images work best. Make sure your pet is well-lit, not blurry, and centered in the photo. Avoid filters or busy backgrounds for best results.
3. Can I preview my portrait before buying a product?
Yes! You’ll receive a free generated preview after submitting your photo. You can then choose your favorite product or request a revision if you’re not happy.
4. How long does it take to receive my portrait?
The preview is usually generated within 5 minutes. Once you approve and place an order, production and shipping typically take 5–10 business days (USA).
5. What happens if I don’t like the result?
You can generate another portrait in a style you like.
6. What products can I choose from?
We offer posters, canvas prints, mugs, and more. Each product is made-to-order and printed with care in the USA.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Free shipping is included with all orders.
8. Is the Portrait artwork really unique?
Yes! Each portrait is individually generated based on your pet and the selected style. No templates, no filters—just a truly custom piece of art of your fur friend.
9. Can I order more than one product with the same portrait?
Absolutely. Once you receive your preview, you can order it on any product available in our store.
10. What if I uploaded the wrong image?
If you haven’t placed an order yet, you can simply resubmit the form. If you’ve already ordered, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.
