At PetstoPrint, each item is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. We work with reliable print-on-demand providers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
📦 Shipping
- Production Time: Most orders are printed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days.
- Delivery Time: Shipping times vary depending on your location. On average:
- US & Canada: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 4–9 business days
- Rest of World: 7–15 business days
- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- Delays: While rare, delays may occur due to customs, weather, or high seasonal volume.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or personal preferences.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got you covered:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Include clear photos of the issue and your order number.
- We’ll replace the item or issue a refund if the problem is confirmed.

- Ensure that you input the correct shipping address during checkout — we are not responsible for undeliverable orders due to address errors.
